MDR do everything within their best to achieve the best for their Customers under the Conditions of Services offered. Diagnose of your Media will be free, thereafter we will pre advice of the cost of recovery. This is where you can decide to proceed or back out. As soon as Payment is received, we will continue work immediately. In event of not compliance with the price, we will return the Media back but at the cost of the Customer and on the choice of the Customers postal service.

We are not liable to any loss of media through transit in case of improper postage of Customer or at Customers wish. MDR therefore recommend that a Confirmed or Registered delivery method be used at all time. If MDR agree to engage on a courier service, we will only be liable to payment of the cost of the Media (equipment) in case of loss, damaged or stolen. Mega Data Recovery is not liable to any value, perceived value as well as information value of the Media (Equipment).

You agree that any media sent to us defect, and an attempt by MDR to diagnose and recover data may lead to further loss or damage, and that the Media (Equipment) Warranties may become void, in which MDR is not binding. Clients agree that MDR will not examine the content of the client’s data. No responsibility will be held for whatsoever the content, integrity, corruptness, validity or usefulness of the data received. Clients and MDR agree that the settlement to any disputed or controversy (unsatisfactory) over job performed will be at the decision of MDR to re-attempt the recovery or refund the amount paid by Client in full or part.

It is to our understanding that Mega Data Recovery has the right to sub contract the service. MDR has the right to re direct any media received to more suitable location or better equipped laboratory for data recovery. Mega Data Recovery will do all within their means to meet up with time frame; however failure to achieve the response time is not a contractual obligation.

Recovered Data will only be released on the confirmation and receipt of payment. Prices quotes are exclusive of VAT, which means an addition of 18% of the amount quoted. • Any further request of data 3 days after the return of drive will attract a further charge. • Situations where customer decides to back out after initial approval, MDR has the right to charge the client for any work or parts used. Customers agree that MDR may sometimes be required to use additional media to complete their diagnostic work or recovery attempt. MDR has the right to request for the charges of the additional media to customers.

MDR will (except otherwise specified by Customer) return the recovered data up to 3GB on CD, up to 30GB on DVD. The customer will have a replacement Media for more data as an addition to the originally quoted price.

Finally, Privacy is our watch word. We will endeavour to adhere to data privacy protection. You agree to send us any recoverable Media in which you are lawfully in procession of, and have the right to source for the data.
